Construction stages - on the model side

In the Construction Stages dialog box , you can create the individual construction stages ( BZ ) and assign the structural objects that are available in the model according to the construction progress.

List

The 'list' manages all construction stages of the model. With the button New at the end of the list you can add a new construction stage. The remaining buttons allow you to copy, delete or quickly select construction stages from the list. They are in the table # extbookmark manual|table-object-list|List of object types # in the RFEM manual.

Base

In the Basis tab, you define the chronological order of the construction stage in the construction process and specify which model object types change in each case.

Continue at Construction Stage

This section controls the order in which the individual construction stages are presented as phases of the construction process.

When the 'Construction stages' dialog box is opened, the construction stage BZ1 is automatically created with the state property Start. If you define a further construction stage in the list with the New button, the BZ1 is automatically set as the previous construction stage. For each new stage of construction, the number of the previous BZ is preset as a reference. For example, if BZ8 follows the construction stage BZ7, the entry ' BZ7 - follows: BZ6 ' in the list for reference. The new construction stage BZ8 is given the designation ' as follows: BZ7 '.

You can adapt the sequence of construction stages to the conditions of the construction process and change the preset number at any time. In the list of the current construction stage, all previous construction stages are available for selection. For example, you can investigate alternative cases.

Change compared to previous construction stage

In this section, check the categories of structure objects for which there is a change in the current construction stage. For example, if you want to add a surface, activate the 'Areas' check box. If you tick the box, the 'Areas' tab is added, in which you can specify the number of the area and make other area-related settings (see image # extbookmark manual|image028778|Adding and deactivating surfaces #).

Members/Surfaces/Solids/...

The other registers depend on the structure object types that you have selected in the section ' Change compared to the previous construction stage '. There you can change the status of the objects (see Chapter Adding or Deactivating Objects ) as well as adapting their properties (see Chapter Modifying Properties of Objects ).
