Exporting Results of Selected Objects

In RFEM and RSTAB, you can export the calculation results to an Excel document.

You can specify diverse settings for the export. For example, you can export all model or result data, or you can export only certain tables. Moreover, you can define if table headers will be represented for the tables exported to Microsoft Excel, or if only specifically selected objects of the structure are to be exported.

With these functionalities, you can create clearly structured Excel tables. For example, you can create a table in which the coordinates of the nodal supports and the corresponding nodal support forces from the selected load case or load combination are displayed.

First, use the graphical user interface to select all nodal supports for which you want to export the nodal support forces. Then, in the dialog box for the export settings, you determine that only the selected objects will be exported. Furthermore, for the settings of the results, you determine that only the nodal support forces will be exported for the individual load cases.

In Excel, you will receive an individual worksheet for each result table (for example, "1.1 Nodes", "4.1 Nodes - Support Forces" [RFEM], and so on) that you can use to create the desired global overview.
