For 'Free Loads', the sum of loads does not match the sum of support reactions. Is this a program error?

Free loads, when created, are not linked to an object. Basically, 'ALL' affected surfaces are loaded. This is also displayed in the attached diagram. When defining a free load (e.g. free individual load with 10 kN) and not determining a specific area, all areas affected by this load in the load direction are loaded. If two surfaces are engaged, the sum of the support reaction is 20 kN (no further loads required in the structure).
