This chapter describes how to perform and evaluate the reinforced concrete design. In particular, it explains how to display the various results and enter the additionally required reinforcement.
Design Analysis
In order to restrict the design to the slab, the beam, and the punching, you can select the previously created object selection in the "View Navigator" and click "Set Objects to Design" in its shortcut menu.
The "Concrete Design" category in the table under "Objects to Design" shows which objects have been selected for the design so far. You can also select additional objects there by using the
button in the graphic. For example, you can add the nodes at the column bases for which punching shear design is to be performed.
Start the design using the
button in the table and after the calculation, click the
button to display the result values.
