To include "creep" and "shrinkage" in the design, it is necessary to activate this option in the material settings of the concrete. Double-click the concrete in the "Data navigator" to open the corresponding dialog box.
Select the relevant check boxes in the "Time-Dependent Properties of Concrete" tab. The specifications are then taken into account for all structural components with the material assigned. Further settings you can make in this dialog box are explained in the Manual for Concrete Design Add-on.
