I have installed the Dlubal Software programs including add-on modules as an Administrator. On this account, the programs run without any problems. However, if I log in as a User on my computer, I can no longer access the Dlubal Software programs.
User rights can be assigned only by the administrator.

A User of Dlubal Software programs needs write and read access rights for the following folders:
- Dlubal Software program folders RSTAB 8.xx, RFEM 5.xx, SHAPE‑THIN 8.xx, RX-TIMBER 2.xx etc. By default, those folders are located in the directory
- Dlubal Software master data folder General Data. Each program has its own master data folder. You can find the folder in the directory
- Folders of your projects
- Folder of temporary files. By default, this folder is located in the directory
C:\Users\"sign-in name"\AppData\Local\Temp\Dlubal. You can check the path of the working directory in the Program Options dialog box of RFEM/RSTAB.
The rights can be assigned using the Explorer: select the folder and open the properties. Then, in the Security tab, you can define full access for a User group or for a particular user, for example.
