Creep for Design with CONCRETE NL

For design with CONCRETE NL, is the creep applied to the entire cross-section, or only to the concrete compression zone?

Answer:

In the case of a calculation in RF‑CONCRETE NL, the creep is applied as a reduction of the elastic modulus of the concrete in the compression zone of the cross-section.
