In RFEM 6, there are various options for defining contact conditions. The following methods are particularly suitable for modeling the contact between the surfaces of the structure and the soil massif:
- Surface contacts
- Contact solids

Suitability
- Surface contacts are well suited for foundation plates on the soil massif.
- Contact solid provides a solution for uneven structural components.
