The stiffness module procedure is performed by default for every static analysis of a load case or load combination. However, it is possible to calculate combinations without the stiffness module procedure by adopting the coefficients of the elastic support from another load case or load combination. This way, the bedding parameters need to be determined only for the assigned LC/LCF.
There are various ways to do this.
Definition via Combination Wizard
One way is to import via the Combination Wizard. The following image shows the step-by-step procedure for this. In the "Basic" tab, under Options II, you must select "Import coefficients of elastic support..." (2). A new tab "Coefficients of elastic support" will then appear. Here, specific load cases/load combinations (3) can be selected. Moreover, it is possible to select the respective load combination of a design situation (4).
When choosing the allocation of the associated load combination, the coefficients are automatically imported for the generated load combinations. This is shown in the following image. If they are not filled in for you, you can activate this by enabling the option "Automatically assign associated load combinations" in the Basic tab of the "Load Cases and Combinations" input dialog.
Manual Definition
It is also possible to make the assignment manually. This can be done for both load cases and load combinations. This is shown in the following figure.
