This manual describes the "Torsional Warping (7 DOF)" add-on for the programs RFEM 6 and RSTAB 9. Since the input and functions of the add-ons are similar in both programs, the description mainly refers to RFEM 6. However, the explanations also apply to the analysis with warping torsion using RSTAB 9. If there are different requirements in the two programs, they are described accordingly.
You can activate or deactivate the use of the analysis add-on in the Add-ons tab of the model base data.
A green dot in front of the name of the add-on means that a license is available in your current license configuration. An orange or blue dot indicates that the use of the add-on is only available in demo mode or as part of the trial version, and the range of functions is limited.
After activating the add-on, the user interface of RFEM or RSTAB is extended by new entries in the navigator, tables, and dialog boxes. This means that the add-on features are fully integrated into the main program.
