Imperfections

The imperfections are entered in the same way as the loading in the user interface of RFEM and RSTAB. You choose the type of imperfection when creating the imperfection cases. You can assign the created imperfection cases to individual load cases or use them as part of the load case combination.

Important

In a load case or a load combination, an imperfection case is only taken into account if the option 'Consider imperfection' is activated and the imperfection case is selected. When using the combination wizard , the option 'consider imperfection cases' must be activated.

Special features of the imperfections in relation to the calculation with 7 degrees of freedom are described in this chapter.
