At Dlubal Software, we think big—also when it comes to team building. That's why we came up with something very special for this year's summer event: a day together with our teams from the Czech Republic and Germany!

Dlubal Software GmbH is an established family company with Czech roots, founded in Germany. As a successful German-Czech company, Dlubal Software is a prime example of how we can create great things together.
Our COO Daniel Dlubal took over the patronage for the event "Dragons Among Cities" and thus supports the beginning of a new, important tradition. The dragon boat race takes place on both the German and Czech sides, on alternate years. Together, we want to overcome borders, create friendships, and honor German-Czech togetherness!
This year, we were really looking forward to our annual summer event! Employees from all over Germany met at the headquarters in Tiefenbach to spend a day full of good mood, fun, and sun.

Hurray hurray, the BAU is here! After a forced break of four years, the time has finally come again. At the BAU 2023 trade fair in Munich, Germany, exhibitors from all over the world showed what the construction industry has to offer today. Dlubal Software was one of them! At our booth, we presented the new generation of the Dlubal structural analysis software: efficient, clearly arranged, and powerful.

The Dlubal team is now prepared for emergency cases! On March 13-15, 2023, the working day in Tiefenbach was extended by a few hours – all for a good cause and safety at work.

After a turbulent pre-Christmas period, the streets are gradually getting quieter again. Muted Christmas music and the scent of fir already suggest it: The year 2022 is coming to an end. As in every year, we take time to look at the past months together, because there is a lot to talk about.
Many structural engineers who would like to start their careers with us ask themselves this question. It is not unjustified. For a structural or civil engineer, it is not necessarily a matter of course to have points of contact with the common programming languages. Regardless, we are still a software company, of course. So: Is programming skill a prerequisite for employment at Dlubal?

On Wednesday, June 15, 2022, MP Martina Englhardt‑Kopf visited the headquarters of Dlubal Software in Tiefenbach, Germany. She is a member of the CSU member of the Bundestag for the federal district of Cham, the district of Schwandorf.
Dlubal Software wants to support their customers with webinars, but also training sessions. Therefore, Daniel Dlubal went to the Deggendorf Institute of Technology, Germany, to explain our new software generation RFEM 6.
For the second time, digitalBau took place at the exhibition grounds in Cologne, Germany. With this platform for software companies and industry, a future-oriented format has been created for the construction industry. Dlubal Software represented its program with a booth on site.
