Since a different font is required for Russian and Chinese, it is not enough for Windows only to change the language in RFEM/RSTAB. In this case, the region in Windows must also be changed. You can easily change it by entering "Region" using the Windows start button (see Image 01). Set the preferred language in three tabs (Formats, Location, and Administration).
