You can import STEP files into RFEM 6. The data is converted directly into native RFEM model data.
STEP is an interface standard initiated by ISO (ISO 10303). The geometry description allows for the integration of all RFEM-relevant shapes (wireframe, surface, and simple solid models) from CAD data models.
Note: This format should not be confused with DSTV interfaces, which also use the *.stp file extension.
