As part of a real estate program dedicated to the development of office buildings, the INNOVESPACE Sautron project has been designed to provide a welcoming environment for companies from the Nantes region. The kinetic pavilion, built in the gardens of the chateau Radíč in the Sedlčany region, Czech Republic, is a modern tribute to Roman architecture. Inspired by the Temple of Goddess Vesta in the Forum Romanum, it combines a traditional octagonal column base with an innovative use of wood instead of marble. The kinetic element contributes to its uniqueness and the impressive combination of history and modern approach. The four-story office building welcomes visitors, members, and employees of the AmperVerband company in its modern premises. The entrance area of the partially glazed facade includes inclined, V‑shaped composite steel columns spanning two floors.

The project combines LC spruce GL24h cross-beams, steel columns, and insulated concrete precast walls to ensure the stability of the structure. This project deals with structural evaluation against climatic loads and the utilization and seismic analysis of an existing telecommunications tower performed by SAQQARA INGENIERIA S.L., a customer of Dlubal Software. The structure is a lattice tower with a square section plan, made of steel cross-sections, with a radar and the necessary auxiliary equipment installed on it, including a spherical radome as a mimicry.
In June 2023, the roof of the amphitheater near the Benedikt water reservoir in Most was successfully completed. The membrane structure was specially designed to provide protection from the sun and rain above the stage, while making the entire space a visual attraction. The author of the design is Carl Stahl & spol.; the calculation was carried out using the programs RFEM 5 and RWIND 2.
