The result tables of the Slendernesses category are disabled by default. However, you can enable them at any time in the Result Table Manager.
The tables show the slenderness ratios λ of the designed objects for both main axes. Members of the “Tension member” or “Cable” type are hidden.
The slenderness ratio for flexural buckling is calculated from the ratio of effective length to radius of gyration.
The calculation takes into account the effective lengths assigned to the objects. If no effective length is assigned, the member length is used. A corresponding note is found in the comment column.
The slenderness ratios are compared with the limit values λlim stored in the [ [000596#slendernesses Global Settings]]. If the slenderness ratio is greater than the limit value, the value is marked in red.
The slenderness check is not included in the result tables Design Ratios. The Overview table also does not display any limit value exceedances.
