This single storey 1,100 m2 nursery school accommodates up to 70 children. The building property is also surrounded by playgrounds and other green spaces.
|Timber Structural Analysis and Design||
The recent trend in high-rise construction is clearly dominated by timber as the most ecological and environmentally friendly material. The project promoter Nexity Resolutely is committed to constructive building solutions with a reduced carbon footprint through various labels and certifications included in their several office and commercial timber projects. Among these is the Palazzo Meridia which is currently the tallest CLT office building in France. The Dlubal customer CBS-Lifteam was responsible for the planning, supply and installation of the timber structure.

The CIMU - ILE DE SEGUIN is part of the cultural centre "La Seine Musicale" on Seguin Island (Ile Seguin) in Boulogne-Billancourt, a suburb of Paris. The CIMU houses a concert hall that can seat up to 1,150 people. The round facade is clad with glass on the outside.

The Études Techniques Lyonnaises engineering office was in charge of planning and structural design of the foundation of an industrial site’s new unloading area in the Isère department in France.
The new unloading area consists of a steel framework built on a base slab. The total area is divided into two parts: a traffic and unloading zone for rail cars, and an area with a pit and a traffic zone for lift trucks.
Nowadays’ mastery of design methods and fabrication techniques of CLT panels allow for easier design and construction of high‑rise timber buildings.
‘Îlot bois de Strasbourg’ is one of the first CLT building project in France that exceeds 30 m in height. This building complex consisting of three high‑rise buildings provides commercial premises on the ground floor and 146 residential units on the upper floors. The entire structure has a total area of 9,300 m².

The production unit of the company ARLANXEO Emulsion Rubber France located in La Wantzenau, France, is one of the biggest producers of synthetic rubber NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) in the world. Nitrile rubber is resistant to oil and is used for manufacturing cables, gaskets, hoses, brake pads and safety boots, among other things.

The Théâtre Marigny is located on the Avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris. The building (hall, ceiling, decor) as well as the wooded area, situated next to the Elysée Palace, are declared historical monuments.
In mid-June 2015, Calais was in a festive mood due to the new bright pavement at Place d'Armes in the historic city center of Calais, France. Therefore, three festival days were planned to inaugurate the new multi‑purpose hall in the city center.
The hall made of steel, timber and aluminum has a modular structure and thus can be used for many occasions (weekly markets, fairs, concerts, spectacles, and other events). The clear style and the windows on the north and south side allow a lot of daylight which is reflected by the internal wood cladding.
On the west side, a folding door can be opened to have an outdoor stage with 21 meters.

The aquatic center at Courchevel was opened in the 2015/2016 winter season.
It is located in the department Savoie and lies within the leisure center Grandes Combes, at the entrance to the Courchevel skiing area.
