As part of a real estate program dedicated to the development of office buildings, the INNOVESPACE Sautron project has been designed to provide a welcoming environment for companies from the Nantes region. The kinetic pavilion, built in the gardens of the chateau Radíč in the Sedlčany region, Czech Republic, is a modern tribute to Roman architecture. Inspired by the Temple of Goddess Vesta in the Forum Romanum, it combines a traditional octagonal column base with an innovative use of wood instead of marble. The kinetic element contributes to its uniqueness and the impressive combination of history and modern approach. This project deals with structural evaluation against climatic loads and the utilization and seismic analysis of an existing telecommunications tower performed by SAQQARA INGENIERIA S.L., a customer of Dlubal Software. The structure is a lattice tower with a square section plan, made of steel cross-sections, with a radar and the necessary auxiliary equipment installed on it, including a spherical radome as a mimicry.
In June 2023, the roof of the amphitheater near the Benedikt water reservoir in Most was successfully completed. The membrane structure was specially designed to provide protection from the sun and rain above the stage, while making the entire space a visual attraction. The author of the design is Carl Stahl & spol.; the calculation was carried out using the programs RFEM 5 and RWIND 2.
At the end of April 2023, a new aviary was completed at the Sichuan Pavilion in the Prague Zoo. The aviary structure has a length of 14 m and a width of 10 m. The company Carl Stahl & spol. created the architectural and structural design, calculated in RFEM 5.

SIDO Madera, a Spanish Dlubal customer, has designed a 21-meter-long (69 ft) bicycle-pedestrian bridge located in Orihuela, Alicante, Spain. It is made of GL24H pine timber, treated by autoclave with copper salts. In addition, hot-dip galvanized S235 steel fasteners were used.
A developer project of 121 apartments in 2 identical buildings for rent with an area of 53,820 ft² each, designed by CIP ARQUITECTOS SL, was built by the construction company ACR in just 13 months of construction, including earthworks, foundations, and basement, using the industrialized Steel Framing system by AFCA Teccon, a customer of Dlubal Software.
