Assigning Parameters to Dimensions

Tips & Tricks

In RFEM and RSTAB, you can parameterize frequently reoccurring structural components by using variable dimensions. In the Block Manager, you then can specify new dimensions and import them in a new or an existing file.

Because many variables are often used in parameterisation, it can happen that you forget their meaning or reference to the system.

To avoid this, a symbol for the used parameter is assigned to the previously generated chain of dimensions. If you now want to change a value in the Block Manager, it is highlighted by a different colour in the graphic.
