Selecting load cases and combinations
This dialog tab allows you to control the information about load cases and combinations that appears in the printout report.
Use the 
button at the end of a text box to open a dialog box where you can select specific Subtables.
In the All column, you can use the button to select specific table entries (load cases, actions, combination expressions,
