Online Training on Timber Design | Building Calculation (Plate Structures) According to DIN EN 1995-1-1 (max. 10 participants)

Due to new construction methods, especially the cross-laminated timber construction, timber structures have opened up its area. This training gives an introduction to the design of timber structures using the RFEM program family. The special features of material models and connection design on surfaces are explained in detail. After the design of simple two-dimensional plate structures, the design is transferred to three-dimensional structures.

In addition to the ultimate limit state design, the serviceability limit state design as well as the complex vibration analysis on plate structures are explained.

Notes

The online training requires a fast and reliable internet connection. Basic knowledge of RFEM or RSTAB is also expected.

After the event, each participant will receive the models, video recordings, and materials presented in the training for download. This way, the participant can go through and understand the training step by step on the models.

To take part in the online training, the participant will receive the login information in due time.

After completing the training, each participant will receive a certificate.
