Online Training on Timber Design According to DIN EN 1995-1-1This training gives an introduction to timber structure design, focusing on cross-laminated timber within the RFEM program family.
The relevant material models and and connection details for surfaces will be discussed in detail. After a simple two-dimensional structural design, the design is then transferred to three-dimensional for continued explanation.
In addition to ultimate limit state design, the serviceability limit state and seismic analysis will also be shown.
