The structure of the new building with an area of 1,800 m² (19,375 ft²), called Extension M2, is primarily intended to enhance the company's operating capacities. GH Hervouet designed, manufactured, and assembled the steel frame, as well as the roofing and cladding components.

The structure is a lattice tower with a square section plan, made of steel cross-sections, with a radar and the necessary auxiliary equipment installed on it, including a spherical radome as a mimicry.
In June 2023, a roof of the amphitheater of the Municipal Theater in Most was successfully completed. The membrane structure has been specially designed to provide protection from the sun and rain above the stage, while making the entire space a visual attraction. The author of the design is Carl Stahl & spol.; the calculation was carried out using the programs RFEM 5 and RWIND 2.

The new Desmet-Dardenne funeral parlor opened in the town of Chimay, France in 2021. In the search for an ecological construction, the choice focused on a structure made mainly of timber. Due to the free area of approximately 15,177 ft², the structure of this new funeral parlor allowed for gathering various funeral services in one place: a reception hall, workshop, store, offices, and storage space.

The new building of the trading company has in-house production, supplying upscale restaurants and hotels. It includes one of the world's largest continuous cross-laminated timber panels, with a total area of about 6,996 square feet.
As of July 2020, the Frankfurt City Forest once again has a lookout tower. The old Goethe Tower completely burned down due to arson in October 2017. The new Goethe Tower was designed similar to the original design from 1931. This time, however, it was built without chemical wood preservatives.
