Printing Problems in Printout Report

My printout report is not being printed. All other file formats, such as PDF, DOC, and so on, can be printed on my printer. When printing the printout report (old and new files), no message appears in the printer folder. Also, there is no error message. Exporting to PDF works fine, but printing as PDF does not work either. Can you help me?

Answer:

Printout problems are usually caused by obsolete or corrupted printer drivers.

Please try the following:

  • Close the Dlubal Software program.
  • In Windows, open the settings for your printers and scanners.
  • Select another printer (for example, a PDF printer) as the default printer.
  • Open the Dlubal Software program and try printing again.
