Customer Projects
Check out the interesting projects that have been created using the Dlubal Software programs.
Are you interested in presenting your own project? Send us the relevant information for publishing your project on our website, in newsletters, on social networks, and in engineering magazines.
The project covers the design of the timber structure of a traditional house located in the area of Pinares, Soria. It is a single-family house between party walls that date back to before the beginning of the 20th century, and may be up to 300 years old.
The following model was analyzed for a load case during a presentation at the Systems fair in Munich in 2002.
The figure above shows the equivalent stress distribution under a concentrated load in the coordinate origin.
The steel frame structure consists of a double-hinged and built-on frame canopy as well as glass roofing.
This project deals with structural evaluation against climatic loads and the utilization and seismic analysis of an existing telecommunications tower performed by SAQQARA INGENIERIA S.L., a customer of Dlubal Software. The structure is a lattice tower with a square section plan, made of steel cross-sections, with a radar and the necessary auxiliary equipment installed on it, including a spherical radome as a mimicry.
A particularly exciting customer project is the high-speed toll station by Jiangsu Jingong Space Structure Co., Ltd. In this project, a membrane is supported by an innovative arch truss, which has an interesting appearance and also special properties.
The four-story office building welcomes visitors, members, and employees of the AmperVerband company in its modern premises. The entrance area of the partially glazed facade includes inclined, V‑shaped composite steel columns spanning two floors.
A slender, elegant bridge for pedestrians and cyclists connects the old town and the hospital town of the large district town of Eichstätt, Germany. This customer project was awarded with the "Bavarian Engineering Award 2023" and the "Ernst & Sohn Engineering Construction Award 2024" – and rightly so, because it really is something special.
The self-supporting member shell structure consists of vertical glued-laminated girders, horizontal steel tubes, and diagonal steel cables.
Both railroad tracks are supported by four columns.
The extension in the Bohnau business park is not only sustainable, but also particularly innovative. For the first time in Germany, a connection system for cross-laminated timber floors without any downstand beams, though providing large spans, has been implemented.
The structure represents a part of the entire model.
Engineer Enrique de León, a Guatemalan Dlubal Software customer, presents a beautiful steel pergola project by which a rarely used space has been renovated in the 'L' building of the San Francisco de Borja SJ campus at the Rafael Landívar University in Guatemala City.
The tunnel formwork was calculated according to the second-order analysis, considering the motion and concreting situation.
The lookout tower was designed as a line model in AutoCad and imported to RSTAB.
In October 2010, the Waterside Theatre opened its doors in Aylesbury, near London. In its floor plan and roof structure, the town's new emblem mirrors the shape of the Chiltern Hills in Southeast England.
The bar-shaped timber columns in the inside and outside areas refer to the depths of the forest. The facade's construction has an external supporting structure, which means that the building's envelope is actually built inside (reversed facade); it has a peanut-shaped floor plan with six different radii of curvature.
In the multi-story administration building, the spatial interaction of the stiffening wall and ceiling surfaces was necessary for stiffening the building.
