You can combine load cases in a design situation into an earthquake/mass combination.
Specify in the register Norms I of the model basic data which set of rules the load cases and thus the masses are to be combined.
For some sets of rules there may be further, special mass combination options. In DIN EN 1998-1/NA: 2021-07, for example, the coefficient φ for live loads in the use categories A to C depends on the location of the loads in the building. A distinction is made between the top floor, including the roof, and other floors. You can make the specifications in the Additional Settings tab of the respective load case in order to take the load case into account in the combination.
