The Time Diagram tab is available if you have set the analysis type Time History Analysis ❘ Time Diagram .
Assign Time Diagram
In this dialog section, define the time diagram that describes the defined loads variably over time. If you have already defined one or more time diagrams, you can select them in the list. Click the
button to create a new time diagram, or the
button to edit the selected time diagram.
Furthermore, it is possible to globally exaggerate or flatten the time diagram by using a 'multiplier'. You can check the result of the scaling with the general factor k in the diagram below, as well as in the Table Values tab.
You can also define a 'Time Offset', which shifts the time diagram by the temporal distance Δt.
Graph
The lower part shows the imported time diagram in graphical form. When you move the mouse along the graph, the respective abscissa and ordinate appear. Use the mouse wheel to zoom, use the left mouse button to move the diagram, and double-click the mouse wheel to restore the overall view of the diagram.
