The goal of this thesis is the structural design of a cable-stayed pedestrian and cycle bridge in response to the municipality management inefficiency in the reorganization and/or redevelopment of the bridge, which should be one of the most frequented by the Pescara citizens in terms of cycle-pedestrian walkways and the important communication route that goes from Via Valle Roveto to the Flaiano bridge, known as the "Val Pescara cycle path."
However, the present project intends to give a new face to that intrinsic ecosystem that develops along the entire river, giving an additional motivation to be able to redevelop the river area, being able to put two worlds in contact or in harmony, the human one with the natural one, faced by the excellent management at the structural, geological, hydrogeological, economic, social, but above all, moral level.
