The standard-specific parameters are organized in the "Edit Seismic Actions" dialog box. This configuration is available if you activate the Seismicity dialog box in the Global Settings dialog box.
The "Design Parameters" contain only one category in which you can select the "seismic force-resisting system" and the "seismic design category" from a list.
