The standard-specific parameters are organized in the "Edit Seismic Actions" dialog box. This configuration is available if you activate the Seismicity dialog box in the Global Settings dialog box.
The "Design Parameters" only contain one category, where you can select a "seismic force-resisting system" and a "seismic design category" respectively from a list.
