In the Concrete Design Properties tab, you can specify the directions of the longitudinal reinforcement that should be used for the design in the main and secondary support directions.
Reinforcement Directions
For the surface design, the program requires the information on how the reinforcement directions φ1 ("main reinforcement") and φ2 ("transverse reinforcement") are oriented. For both the "top surface side" and the "bottom surface side", the first of the defined reinforcement directions is set by default. If you have defined other direction types, you can select the corresponding entry from the list.
Use the
button to create a new (or further) type. The
button allows you to edit the reinforcement direction type selected in the list. You can use the
button to graphically adopt the type from another surface.

In the graphic on the right, you can use the
button to display a preview of the model. The axes of the surfaces are also displayed, so you can assign the reinforcement directions properly.
