Uplift Limit State

The uplift limit state design must be performed according to EN 1997-1 [1] 2.4.7.4 in such a way that the design value of the combination of destabilizing permanent and variable vertical actions V_dst;d is less than or equal to the sum of the design value of the stabilizing permanent vertical actions G_{stb; d} and, if applicable, the design value of any additional resistance R_d to uplift.

V_{dst;d} \leq G_{stb;d} + R_{d}

mit:

V_{dst;d} = |G_{dst;d} + Q_{dst;d}|

G_{stb;d} = G_{stb;k} \cdot γ_{G;stb}
