In this tab, you define the Concrete cover of the foundation slab and the bucket. You can enter it user-defined or have it calculated according to the standard.
Options
By activating the User-defined option, you can specify the concrete cover manually. Different values are possible for the individual cross-section sides of the foundation slab if you also select the Different on cross-section sides check box. Also specify the concrete cover of the bucket ck. The meaning of the symbols used is illustrated by the system sketches on the right.
If the User-defined check box is not activated, the concrete cover is determined according to the standard.
Concrete durability
Select the appropriate exposure classes for the sides and, if applicable, the bucket. Further information can be found in the chapter Concrete cover in the description of the foundation slab.
