Meshes

If you selected the **Mesh reinforcement** type in the Reinforcement tab, you can only define meshes here.

In the 'Define' list, you have several selection options for both the top and bottom side:

1. Define reinforcement manually
2. RFEM defines the reinforcement automatically (**in preparation**)
3. Deactivate reinforcement

You can define the first reinforcement direction (in the x- or y-direction) in the **Primary direction** list. Under **Mesh name**, you can use the button to import a mesh from the library.

If the reinforcement is set to be selected automatically (**in preparation**), you can select a list of meshes in the library. RFEM then selects the appropriate mesh from this list.
