In the Reinforcement tab of the Edit Single Foundation dialog box, you define the reinforcement material and the reinforcement type of the foundation slab.
Material
In the Material section, select the reinforcement material that is used for the design of the single foundation. The selected material determines the governing material properties, such as yield strength and modulus of elasticity.
Slab
In the Slab section, you define the type of reinforcement for the foundation slab.
Reinforcement type
The Reinforcement type drop-down list specifies which reinforcement products are used in the slab. The following options are available:
Mesh and reinforcement bars: The design combines the use of reinforcing mesh and individual bars. Mesh: Only reinforcing mesh is used. Reinforcement bars: Only individual bars (reinforcement bars) are used.
