Block Foundation with Rough Bucket Sides

The external stirrups of the bucket can be assigned to one or two "distribution areas":

1. I. Area: The first distribution area runs from the upper plate edge to the embedment depth of the column.
2. II. Area: The second distribution area includes the remaining area of the bucket.

Concrete Block with Horizontal Stirrups

In the list of distribution areas, you have the option to define the stirrups up to the embedment depth of the column (Option 1) or up to the end of the bucket (Option 2).

After you have defined the stirrup diameter d_s,h, you can arrange the stirrups as follows:

• By number of stirrups: Enter the number of stirrups n_h,l.. You can arrange the stirrups with an offset from the start b_h,l. and/or from the end e_h,l..
• By spacing: Enter the stirrup spacing n_h,l. of the stirrups.
