Openings can be used to create cutouts in parts.
Boundary lines
To enter openings, you can use any existing 'Boundary Lines'. The lines must form a closed polygonal chain. Openings on the edge of a part are also allowed.
You can also graphically place openings directly in parts. Use the list button on the toolbar to access various shapes of openings.
You can define the opening graphically by drawing a rectangle, circle, etc. If you select its ' boundary ', RSECTION automatically recognizes the opening as soon as a sufficient number of boundary lines has been determined.
Once the outlines are defined, the opening is created and incorporated into the part.
