This chapter describes how to create a model and define the basic specifications for calculation and design.
Creating a new model
To create a new model, you can use the following options:
- RFEM menu: File, option New
- RFEM toolbar: button
- Dlubal Center: Models, section New (see image Creating a new model )
This opens the New Model - Base Data dialog box. This dialog box is described in the subchapters.
Editing base data of model
If you want to edit the model's base data at a later stage, you can reopen the 'Base Data' dialog box using the following functions:
- RFEM menu: File, option Base Data
- RFEM toolbar: button
- Navigator - Data: shortcut menu of the model name or the 'Basic Objects'
