This chapter describes how to create a model and define basic specifications for the calculation and design.
Creating a new model
To create a new model, you can use the following options:
- RFEM menu: File, option New
- RFEM toolbar: button
- Dlubal Center: Models, section New (see image Creating a new model)
This opens the dialog box New Model - Base Data. This dialog box is described in the subchapters.
Editing base data of the model
If you want to edit the base data of the model at a later time, you can reopen the 'Base Data' dialog box using the following functions:
- RFEM menu: File, option Base Data
- RFEM toolbar: button
- Navigator - Data: shortcut menu of the model name or the 'Base Objects'
